EXPLORE YOUR DREAMS, EXPAND YOUR CONSCIOUSNESS
DREAMWORK
AN APPROACH TO PERSONAL GROWTH
Have you ever woken from a dream with your heart racing, your chest tight, or tears in your eyes, carrying a surge of emotion so intense that it lingers long after you open your eyes? Maybe your body trembles or your stomach twists with a sense of urgency or longing that you can’t quite explain, leaving you wondering what it all means. Perhaps you’ve replayed the images over and over in your mind, feeling the weight of every symbol, word, or action. When you’ve tried to share it with someone, you’re met with, “It’s just a dream,” leaving you with a flicker of doubt or dismissal. And yet, despite the confusion, the intensity, or the fear, you know this dream mattered.
The dream left an impression, a message, or a feeling that feels too important to ignore.
Where Dream Life and Waking Life Meet
Dreams are more than random images—they are vivid, immersive experiences where everything feels real and alive. In your dreams, you find yourself in new worlds, interacting with people, places, and events, and often feeling them deeply in your body and emotions. These experiences can feel just as real as waking life, and sometimes they leave you with a sense that they hold meaning you can’t quite ignore. Dreams often carry messages—about your fears, your hopes, your questions, and the patterns shaping your inner life. When we work together, I provide a safe, supportive space for you to share your dreams, explore what they might be showing you, and reflect on how their guidance connects to your life. Together, we’ll honor your dreams, uncover their deeper significance, and use the awareness they offer to help you better understand yourself in a way that feels authentic and empowering.
Every dream holds meaning, and each one deserves to be acknowledged.

Not necessarily. Even if you don’t remember every detail, we can work with what you do recall, including feelings, fragments, or recurring patterns. Techniques like journaling, guided reflection, and dream prompts can also help improve recall over time.

I approach dreamwork through a lens of Jungian and depth psychology, which views dreams as meaningful expressions of the unconscious. Dreams are not random—they reflect your inner world, offering insight into your emotions, patterns, and life challenges. In sessions, I guide you to explore your dreams with curiosity, compassion, and a focus on growth, helping you uncover symbols, themes, and messages that reveal deeper understanding of yourself. Together, we reflect on the dreams’ guidance and consider how it can inform your personal growth, self-awareness, and choices in waking life.

The most important thing is to come with an open mind and a willingness to share what you remember. Keeping a dream journal, noting feelings and impressions upon waking, or reflecting briefly on recurring themes can also help you get the most from our session.
