DREAMWORK

AN APPROACH TO PERSONAL GROWTH

Have you ever woken up from a dream with your heart racing, your chest tight, or even tears in your eyes? The feelings are so intense that it lingers long after you open your eyes. Maybe your body shivers, or your stomach knots up with this strange sense of urgency or longing you can’t quite explain. It causes you to wonder what it all means. You find yourself replaying it over and over, trying to make sense of every detail, every dream image, or every word.

When you try to share the dream with someone, they respond with, “It’s just a dream,” leaving you feel doubt or dismissed. But even with the confusion, you can’t shake off the feeling that this dream meant something.

The dream left an impression, a message, or a feeling that feels too important to ignore.

Where Dream Life and Waking Life Meet

Dreams are more than random images—they are vivid, immersive experiences where everything feels real and alive. In your dreams, you find yourself in new worlds, interacting with people, places, and events, and often feeling them deeply in your body and emotions. These experiences can feel just as real as waking life, and sometimes they leave you with a sense that they hold meaning you can’t quite ignore. Dreams often carry messages—about your fears, your hopes, your questions, and the patterns shaping your inner life. When we work together, I provide a safe, supportive space for you to share your dreams, explore what they might be showing you, and reflect on how their guidance connects to your life. Together, we’ll honor your dreams, uncover their deeper significance, and use the awareness they offer to help you better understand yourself in a way that feels authentic and empowering.

Every dream holds meaning, and each one deserves to be acknowledged.

Through dreamwork, we examine the images, symbols, and feelings in your dreams, uncover their potential messages, and consider how they relate to your waking life. The goal is to gain insight, foster self-awareness, and use the guidance from your dreams to support personal growth and understanding.

  • Yes! Dreamwork can be helpful for anyone who wants to understand themselves more deeply, explore their inner world, or gain insight into challenges, emotions, or personal growth opportunities. You don’t need any special skills—just an openness to explore your dreams.

  • Not necessarily. Even if you don’t remember every detail, we can work with what you do recall, including feelings, fragments, or recurring patterns. Techniques like journaling, guided reflection, and dream prompts can also help improve recall over time.

  • Dreams of all kinds—even frightening or confusing ones—carry important information about your inner world. In dreamwork sessions, we explore them safely and compassionately, uncovering their meaning and what they may be trying to communicate, without judgment.

  • My approach to dreamwork is intuitive and integrative, drawing from Jungian and depth psychology, as well as embodied awareness and shamanic practices. I view dreams as meaningful expressions of the unconscious—reflections of your inner world that offer insight into your emotions, patterns, and life challenges.

In our work together, I guide you to explore your dreams with curiosity and compassion, helping you uncover the symbols, themes, and messages within them. Rather than offering fixed interpretations, we listen for what the dream is revealing to you. Together, we reflect on its guidance and how it might support your personal growth, self-awareness, and choices in waking life.

  • The most important thing is to come with an open mind and a willingness to share what you remember. Keeping a dream journal, noting feelings and impressions upon waking, or reflecting briefly on recurring themes can also help you get the most from our session.
